Nashbar Moustache, nashbar aero brake levers, suntour barcon shifters.
Wheels from a freebie. 700 x 32 IRD Crossfire Tires (roughly 6 times the cost of the bike).
7 speed, had to spread the frame from 120 to 126, used Sheldon Brown's method of a 2x4 and stool, worked great, rides straight!
