I know it's been done before - building a bike from scratch using eBay parts - but here's my version.
Reynolds 531 pista frame built in the early 80's by Mick Ives, who's a multiple British National and world cycling champion. Kingsway Cycles was the name of his shop in Rugby England.
For over 7 weeks I was on the internet nearly every waking minute looking for great deals.
Ended up buying lots of Italian components and a few frames, kept what was needed and the duplicates were later sold - sometimes for a profit.
When complete this fantastic vintage ride set me back less than £100
