Mike Appel KOF frame from 1995

i equipped this frame with a mixture of parts i particularily like: Cobalto brakes, SR seatpost, Cinelli track handlebar, Dura Ace stem, Assos cranks, Swallow saddle, MKS pedals

some day i'll complete it with a set of C-Record hi-flange hubs, Ghisallo wooden rims and black tires...

Mike Appel was with Trek when they started in the 70ies and was responsible for making their top frames. Later on, he built frames under his own label. He quit framebuilding and is now back at Trek.
