bmx saddle on a seatpost that i cut so that it just almost touches the BB shell when it's the whole way down.
animal hamiltons (unsealed)
32t front chainring until i can upgrade the BB and cranks to something that will accept a drive brand sprocket.

this is my street trials bike. quite often though, i commute to work 3.5 miles on this just so i can have fun trying a few lines during lunchtime.
