Kaisei 8630 'R' double butted NiCR-MO tube set. Oversized-tubing main triangle. Arrowhead style lugs and BB shell - not sure what manufacturer. Engraved sloping fork crown, oval chain-stays and of course, the bullet shaped seat/chain-stay lugs. I think I'm done tinkering with this one.
