real nice

care to elaborate on the techniques & methods used to achieve such outstanding results?

thanks, jan

Elaboration

I used a three stage system when painting this frame. First urethane primer (mixed 4 to 1). Then I laid on the green in lacquer (mixed 1 to 1) waited for it to dry buffed it out a bit laid on a second layer then let it dry then taped of the tubes with masking tape (pain in the ass!) then painted the lugs yellow (lacquer) then untaped it and applied a bit of black enamel to the logo on the seatstay caps and the groves between lugs and frame wiped the access enamel off and let it dry. Then laid on a few layers of urethane clear coat (mixed 4 to 1) let it dry and finish. I used two different size paintguns at 45psi low pressure to get smooth results.

nice

thanks for taking your time to explain
