Bianchi Kalahari Mountain Bike 80's

Bought for 10 bucks online June 28th and picked up by riding my Norco Monterey there for one way 11 KM. Met another bike enthusiast, who happened to work for MEC - Mountain Equipment Co-op (Ottawa, and MEC is Canada's leading supplier of outdoor clothing and equipment) as a bike mechanic on way home; he put my two bikes on his car's top roof bike rack and drove me and the bikes all the way home.

I not only got a nice old bike, but also got to know a great new friend.

A Bianchi is a Bianchi is a Bianchi; still such a nice, butter-smooth ride especially after years of abuses apparently.
