Thanks man.

did the old crankset have the

did the old crankset have the shimano FF system?

if so i have the same bike and am wondering about bottom brackets.

the original bottom bracket is not threaded and i was just wondering if you knew if there were threads in the housing anyway.

Yes

This did have the Front Freewheel System. I had my LBS remove the cups that the bearings spin in. One bike mechanic thought the housing didn't have threads. I looked inside and saw that it did. Another mechanic found a tool that could take the BB out. 20 minutes and later I was on my way.

Bike

Fresh bike buddy, love the dp18's ;)!

Thanks!

I like them. I just posted a new, yet crappy, phone pic (the 4th one). Took the stickers off of the rims and put the Sakae drops on.
