I just got this bike. It's my first endeavor into the world of fixed gears and since I haven't had a bike in nearly ten years, it's already been an exciting ride. Everything is stock. Although I have plans to change pretty much everything out, monetary walls confine me to the stock room. Since I don't like to do things in small steps, probably nothing will get touched until next summer when I can really jump into the potential of this horse.

Damn, that's an expensive bike to buy after ten years without riding. I hope you get much satisfaction from it. But consult bike shop mechanics and others if you plan to overhaul the frame - wouldn't want to damage such a nice bike! Good luck.

Thanks for the comment. So far, it's been such an adventure.I don't have the time or money to even throw a front brake on, so I've jumped right into riding without brakes. Some would call this stupid...and I'd have to agree. But it's a challenge that keeps begging to be conquered. I'll definitely be chatting with people in the know before I buy components. Thanks again.
