It's an ex-italian national pursuit team frame. Cinelli Laser under the paint. A golden Nitto bullhorn currently in the mail will end up on this bike.

The "Mavic Comete" logo is painted with tip-ex or something like that. Some no-name wheel. Still ultra light and very stiff. And the sound! Like rolling thunder when exceeding 20 mph.
