I built this bike for my girlfriend from a 1978 Raleigh Twenty Alpha. various NOS parts here and there. A lot of saved and polished chrome from the original bike. A hand bare metal job, primer and paint job.

Worth checking are the brake blocks. Due to the smaller wheels I had to rotate the blocks and cut them with a stanley knife.

a coaster would do the trick, but liz is not a fan of the that type of brake. when I have time i'm going to build a type of drop bridge to lower the brakes.
