There is a right way w/ HED3? Tubular was glued on so, I put it on the way tread is supposed to go.

As a rule of thumb, on any Specialized/HED trispoke, the stem will be on the drive side of the bike. If you look at the spokes, you'll see that one edge is bladed and the other is more round. You want the round edge to be rolling forward, and the blade to be facing the rear. Think about it like an airplane wing.

Seriously, more people should do it. I kind of wanna get into it. I'm guessing you do the flat stuff cause I'm sure 54:14 sucks bigtime on hills. And forgive if I'm wrong, as I don't know the geography of Hawaii.
