i just bought a brand new

i just bought a brand new 47cm SE draft. flat black. gonna paint it. and convert to fixie. it was really the best i could find in my size.. im only five feet.

any suggestions? things you had problems with? its going to be my first build.. im a newbie... not to road bikes. just fixies
