Mavic rim

Mavic rim built up with Suzue flip flop

42x16 single speed/17t fixed

I bought this Univega Viva Sport for .00, yanked all the excess components and bought a new Mavic set of rims with Suzue flip flop hubs. I used the inner ring for the front (42t) and added a Shimano freewheel, added a new chain, and wrapped the bars in white tape, and I added some cheap tubes and tires and I was ready to roll...

Awesome bike

Hey, I'm in talks to get the same bike in 49cm, and I was wondering how much it costed you to make all the changes. I might want to change mine into a fixed gear, since it'll be my commuter bike and I'd like to keep the ride as simple as possible. Thanks for sharing!
