my first fixed. surly factory build. custom cockpit... needed a short stem w/ the nitto bars. she'll get cross tires when i move to the mountains.
i'm really proud of the top tube protector - a scrap of distressed leather sewn around the tube.
nipped the bars and went wild with a sharpie.
