1989/90 Centurion Ironman Dave Scott Edition with Tange #2 tubeset.

Mavic drops bullhorns, cheapo stem and converter to run 1 1/8".

Stock Tange fork and Shimano 600 headset.

HB-7600 32H with DT 14/15 spokes to Open Pro

HB-7600 32H with DT 14/15 spokes to Open Pro

Shimano 600 170mm with stock BB.

Cheap SR post; Selle Italia Trans Am.

Campy Record quills, ALE stainless clips and Campy straps. Cheapo chain.

Shimmy 600 chainring, 39T. Dura-ace cog 15T, sometimes swapped for 14 when I feel like having fun.

Bike is too small for me, but I ride it anyway. Keeping my eyes out for an ugly vintage (80s would work too) track frame for more hipster street cred. Those dropouts man...they make a BIG difference in ride!

I deleted a flame-troll comment by 0SCOOTERS. Re-read Rule #1 if you have any questions.

Here it is for those of you who are too lazy to click the link:

Note to Rule 1. velospace is not a place for you to vent about how much you hate bikes, how much you hate certain bikes, how much you hate people who ride certain bikes, how much you wish people who rode certain bikes were dead, and etecetera. If you attempt to use velospace for purposes like these you will be banned."

Dropouts?

You obviously don't know anything about frame geometry if you think that the only difference between your conversion and a true track bike are the dropouts.

Fail.
