There is no need for the back or front on the street. People will try to tell you they are stronger and more aero but they are actually just a huge trend. Possibly the best way to waste your money. They are designed for track use and I am sure someone on here can give you all the details about why they are awesome on the track. -

nope. No stronger than any other rim. Actually probably worse. They are stiff as hell and when something does not give it has a tendency to crack or fail. They were not meant for street use. Laced wheels may not be as stiff but they have a bit of give. Plus you can true them. Once you bend a aerospoke that's it. Once again, someone could chime in with more info. -

I like pole holes waaaay more than pot holes.
Like you could definitely put yer weener in both so I understand the mix-up.
And yes Aerospokes for street use are just for looks, nothing more. Some girls buy shoes, some girls buy purses, girls here buy Aerospokes. -

I know if I had an aerospoke I would match it to my purse (european carry-all) and shoes. -

As much as I dislike aerospokes and thieves... I'd love to steal an aerospoke off a cops bike. -

i'd rather true a wheel every once in awhile (if necessary) than buy an aerospoke.
on a side note my carbon/alum easton ec70 weights nothing, has a ton of miles on it now and is still perfectly true. i probably got it for 1/3rd the price of an aerospoke after trickster tax. -
