I just started riding the velodrome on an older (80's) keirin bike frame. There's a small dent (from handlebar turnaround strike) on the top tube. Is it dangerous for me to be using the frame? Should I even be using a 25+ year old bike for the velodrome? Is there any added stress to the top tube riding the velodrome compared to street riding (skidding, jumping off curbs, potholes, etc...) I already put the frame through? Should I still use it or scrap it (well, not SCRAP it) and just get a new frame?

you're fine man. it's not going to break on you, unless it's a SERIOUS dent but even then they it will hold up pretty well.
