General: J-DISC tubular DISC WHEEL good deal?

I think I'm getting a j-disc tubular for like 75 dollars. is that a good deal. I don't know much about j-disc i see them used but not really keen on what the prices are for them.
It has a dura ace 7 speed cassette on it too 12-19. Thanks in advance.

p.s. the super torino is almost built up! the disc is one of the final touches

yeah that's my highest bid on it. I don't think i would be willing to go any high. i still need to get a tire for it.
