Being that the bearings in the bb sit outside of the frame , this makes the crank that much farther out . By using this setup (gxp bb and truvativ crankset) , is my chainline going to be off ? -

shouldn't be chainline should stay between 42.5mm and 43.5mm -

No, chainline should be fine with standard spaced track hubs. There's a few pro track racers running Omniums. -

chainline is fine, it even comes with spacers to fine tune it. ive been riding this crankset for a while now and i love it, in my opinion its better than any of that over priced njs vanity hipster stuff -

Yea ive been riding this crankset too, the chainline isn't affected by the external bearings. Rides well, good price and looks good!
