i wanna buy my first fixed gear bike and im wondering which bike do you guys prefer. the SE Draft is about $40 cheaper than the Mercier at $310 vs $350 for the Mercier. i plan on switching up the parts on the bike also. otherwise, can someone tell me if there is another similiar bike in price or just a good starter fixie thats not hurtin my wallet? thanks.
EDIT: thanks for all of your help guys. but it is now a battle between the Mercier Kilo TT and the Windsor Hour.

kilo tt for sure. SE draft is cheaper, but comes with cheaper parts, heavier frame, and not very good. -

go for the mercier that would be your best bet in my opinion. those frames are pretty nice, way better looking than anything else in that price range and would be a great first fixie(if you dont like it,its cheap so no biggie and if you do you can upgradethis and that and you wont be putting money into junk -

go for the mercier~ many have suggested the kilo tt to be a good upgrader frame for its geometry, alloy, etc.
if thats the stock SE Draft finished product.. the cranks, chainring.. pedals, seat all look so generic
i dont know about the hour... i havent had anyone i know own a windsor hour but in this picture, it looks like the windsor has an unattractive geometry to my eyes~

^^yes, the se draft stock wheelset come with singlespeed. The crankset is very bad too. BTW I am selling my kilo tt frame and fork with stock stem, seatpost, and saddle (sz 53cm and in black). Message me if you're interested -

Kilo TT for sure, especially if it is between the bikes pittured. The Kilo TT definitely won't give you too many headaches. Replace the tires and pedals and the bike will last you a while. -

Just don't buy a kilo tt to race on the track, as the bottom bracket is not regulation height. -
