Im thinking of buying this setup from someone, and I havent seen many of these for sale .. I was trying to see if you all have an idea of the value of this setup , or what I should offer him. -

I bought a pair for 15 bucks in perfect condition from a vintage parts vendor but he apparently didn't know what he had, I've seen those bars go for well over 50, although I don't feel like they are worth that much. if the stem is truly amavic than it is probably a 370 which is worth about 40 bucks in good condition a little more for NOS. -

Damn, those Mavic bullhorns are impossible to find. I want some.
Anyhow, they are worth what ever you are willing to pay, but I wouldn't pay more that a new pair of bars. So in the 40-50 range.
