General: Motobecane Jury vs. Surly Steamroller

I've read else where that these bikes are pretty much motobecane's clone of the steamroller, and the geometry/specs of the frame seem to line up.

The price is also right, at half the cost of the steamroller frame.

I'm thinking about picking one up instead of a steamroller this week to toss some components on that I've recently acquired, but figured I'd ask if any of you folk had an opinion on them first.
