i have a 28.0 seat post hole on my bridgestone and i have a 27.2mm carbon seat post. should i just use tin can? or is their a real shim? i lust don't want them to fuse. thanks -

sell your post and get the right size a can is going to put awful scratches on your post as far as im aware ther is not a shim for this application but im sure you could get something decent made at a machine shop for a pretty penny if your dead set on the post you have. -

Trade in your carbon post for a Thomson Masterpiece. They are MUCH stronger, safer and lighter. -

Nothing like the right tool for the job man, use a 28.0 seat post! You’re just asking for trouble using carbon if it’s not the right diameter…
