How-To/Mechanics: Jammed lock

My kryptonite u lock seems to be jammed, and I can't get it open for the life of me. Any suggestions?

I’d submerge the locking part of the lock in mineral seal or liquid wrench oil for a day or two, then go back at it trying to get it to open. Remember, that stuff is flammable if you try using heat on it! If no one else can help, like a locksmith shop, I’d say its angle grinding time…
