Hello world,
Am still building up my Pista Concept, and was wondering if any one had any preference in carbon seat posts?
I'm looking to balance quality with economy.
I was thinking of Easton or Ritchey maybe. Then I saw a LOOK carbon seat post on ebay which looked good.
any thoughts?
thanks! -

Thomson Masterpiece. It's the strongest seatpost available, and there is only 2 posts that are lighter...but they are drastically weaker. -

aluminium frame = carbon post. if you've ever rode an alu frame on the street, you'd know why. -

I rode a aluminum IRO frame for awhile, before getting two different steel track frames. I did not think they felt that bad at all. Not THAT huge of a difference to even make note of.
You could always ride a aluminum post, and ride a seat with carbon rails like a Fizik Arione. -
