    building a new wheel set, i want to build them up to mavic open pro's, i don't have brakes so i need no brake surface. i want them to be black all around. i saw a bike that claims to have Non-MachinMavic Open's, (http://velospace.org/node/740) i am wanting to know if they were custom painted or if you can get them like that. if any one has info on Non-MachinMavic's, or how to spray paint rims well. please comment!

    as the description says, those are open 4's not open pro's and can be found as NOS or used.

    open pro cd's are readily available.
