I just got myself a pair of Alex R30s in 650c. Pretty neat looking. They'll be going on my Mantis once they're built up.
But that's partly because I couldn't find them for a reasonable amount of money. 650c wheels are a bit of a specialty item for time trialers and triathletes. That nicheness makes them pricey. -

whats the difference between 650c and 700c...not size wise, i know they're different sizes but is it for special kinds of riding? or the riders height? or something -

They're usually used on pursuit frames for better aero. -

not anymore. uci rules say both wheels have to be the same size. they do accelerate faster and climb better -
