Hey Guys
Normally I wouldn’t create a treat on such a simple question but I’m kind of in a pickle here.
I have placed a 2 grand order at Tracksupermarket.com. But the money haven’t been take from my account so I don’t think it have gone home. I have emailed the the guy who seems to run the show 3 times now, and I haven’t got any reply.
Does any one here have experience with the web shop? -

I dont have any experience with them. If you are seriously concerned I would suggest contacting your bank/credit card company and letting them know that you have a pending charge that you would like to cancel. If you think you are about to get ripped off its good to take appropriate measures quickly.
With that said, this sounds like a common case of a backlogged internet retailer. Odds are that you will get your stuff, just later than expected. -

I know the frame prices are high. But I been looking for ever for a 58cm all black nice condition njs frame with thin tubing. So I figured that I’m not going to find one, so I shelled out the 925 he takes for a custom Panasonic. -

It took several days to receive a response when I contacted him before, so it's possible he just hasn't seen or gotten to your e-mail yet. Kind of shitty service from someone asking some much for what he has -

I've known Rene of Track Supermarket for a while and I can tell you he is an honest stand up guy who runs a legitimate business. Not getting some feedback sooner is definitely not a good way to do business but I'm pretty sure you have not been scammed! As for the cost - the parts on his site usually cost less than what you could buy them for here - including shipping from Japan. Some of the lesser known keirin frames are niche items for people who are into that stuff and are willing to pay $$$ - but the Panasonic frames IMHO are a great deal. $925 for a semi-custom lightweight lugged steel 'track' frame is amazing?! These are the same builders who supply tried and tested frames to keirin pro racers!! The brazing and custom lugs are top notch as is the finishing and it will fit you exactly. Ever seen what people pay for beat up incorrect sized italian track frames? Even though I do not own a Panasonic and probably never will I can recognize value for money and Rene....get back to Rasmus and don't let me down after I put in a good word for you!!! -

I ordered a couple of times at tracksupermarket. Rene is definitely a honest guy and so reliable, simply write him a mail, I'm sure he will answer as soon as he can. And, 5 days shipping from Japan to Europe (in my case) is really awesome! -

I've ordered from them before and everything went smoothly and quickly, they're definitely legit. I'm sure he must just be busy or something, and mostly likely will get back to you as soon as he can. -

Rene in Japan is very honest and you will get what you pay for. As for dN (Dean) comment he's also correct about buying used Italian track frames in this part of the world. Also Gabe and Toshi at NJS Export runs a legitimate business in Japan and are very honest. -

I've ordered tons of stuff from Rene, just takes time. I'm sure he's totally backlogged...only if he would get back to me about that sugino75 tyranno axle conversion kit!
