I am doing a project for a technical report writing class which requires I conduct a survey. I have nothing to do personally with IRO cycles but am using them as my faux "Client" for this project. I need at least 40 stats to analyze so every response is a huge help!
My survey question(s) is:
Are you current IRO owner?
A. Yes
B. No
What product from IRO would you be most likely to purchase?
A. A aluminum velodrome specific frame with Carbon Fork
B. A Lugged Steel Frame and Fork
C. A new version of the mark V Pro with higher grade steel and lighter fork
D. New Colorways of existing frame sets -

You guys are crazy. The MVP already uses a higher grade of steel than 90% of the steel track frames out there. What possible benefit is there to be had? -

Wicked mad street cred, yo. If you want a slightly improved tube set, get the Angus.
I just noticed that iro has a limited run of their phoenix bike for 500 complete on their site. Not a bad deal. -

I know my "product choices" aren't exactly the best, because I chose them to be the easiest to work with In the paper.
That participation is great and a big Thank you to everyone who has answered thus far.

But that's just it, the MV PRO uses the same tubeset as the Angus! OMG BENSON, I DEMAND TO KNOW WHY YOU CHOSE THIS! YOU SPECIFICALLY! NOW!Posted By: sfbeeI just noticed that iro has a limited run of their phoenix bike for 500 complete ontheir site. Not a bad deal.
Yeah, a couple people on VS have bought and received them. I dunno, not my cup of tea.Posted By: AKintheAKI know my "product choices" aren't exactly the best, because I chose them to be the easiest to work with In the paper.
Dude, I don't blame you. I blame all these fools who are supporting such a stupid idea. Wait, that sounds wrong. Your idea isn't stupid, they're stupid for choosing it over A and B. You damned morons. -

Does it? I was under the impression that the angus was reynolds 631 and the mark v was 4130
I agree, you should definitely post it once completed -

The vanilla Mark V is double butted 4130, yes. The Mark V Pro is R 631. The Pro is pretty much a threadless Angus. Pretty much. -
