It seems like the whole city of Toronto is talking about this... The police told the cyclist he wasn't too drunk to ride and to get home by his own means. Its crazy! Go here and read on...

thats shitty, but i have to feel that the cops aren't totally to blame on this one.
they could have done alot of things--make hims stay at the gf's, detox, drive him... as much as i am not fond of cops they are not your personal sober cab.
it always sucks when someone dies especially a cyclist, but that is why you don't drink and ride.
