    Yeah, on bmx, mixte, and time trial bikes.

    a ton on tt bikes and bmx

    A lot of older (80’s) MTB’s had a U-brake down there.
    They work, but tend to get messy being closer to the ground.

    idk if its what you ment but ive seen a bootleg disk brake rigged opposite of the chain ring in some random picture somewhere. what part of stockton you from i go to UOP

    I was thinking caliper brake....

    I used to live right off the miracle mile near UOP, now in Modesto. I'm in Stockton often to pick up tattoo supplies and hang out.
